Education

The Education Committee plans and oversees our Sunday School program, Christmas and Easter programs, Vacation Bible School, our Nursery and other ministries related to the children of the congregation.

Evangelism

The Evangelism Committee plans outreach activities in the community to those looking for a church home or who may not know Jesus Christ as their Savior. We also support missions both locally and internationally.

Fellowship

While some may think that "fellowship" means planning a good time; hold on, don't click on ..."partytime.com." Look first at the New Testament Greek for fellowship: "Koinania" and see that it means all the efforts we might undertake as people in Christ, people in one Body, one spirit, and one confession; never forgetting who we are, wherever we are. Sometimes we're at a long weekend picnic, or visiting people and singing Christmas carols or just celebrating in the Fellowship Hall.

We proceed from the celebration of the Lord's Supper--His Body and Blood for our assurance of the forgiveness of sin; then we work together and listen to each other's odd ideas as to how we should come together--not as a "club' or even an organization, but as the Body: the only one of its kind, the Body of Christ. Now, that's "Koinania", that's our committee, that's us.

Parish music opportunities include weekly rehearsals with the Sanctuary Choir, Bell Choir, and Instrumental Ensemble. The choir sings twice a month, and the bells and instrumental ensemble play once a month.
